The caller — or the person who picks up when you call the number they give you — says you need to “prepay” part of your bill to qualify. WebNobody at Spectrum has any idea what is going on, they cannot match the offer, and cannot verify the caller is legitimate. Everything the caller told me lines up with Google searches (I have a pretty good eye for scammers), but I am astounded Spectrum is unable to verify on their own sales reps in the era of rampant robocall identity theft.
