WebIf I waited over 30 min for say "Frontlines" and decide to withdraw I don't believe it's fair to count against me. Over 30 min is a long time. We miss hunts I can't party etc etc. The new rule is more detrimental than anything else. You leave the penalty on the player for this where the fate lies in the response of others. My suggestion: WebIf someone's, instead of eating the penalty, just does stupid stuff until someone else leaves. You can vote kick, but only once every few hours, and only if the majority votes. In a 4 man group, getting 3 people to agree (duo queue will be a problem) will be non-trivial.

Dungeon penalty kicks in upon leaving one dungeon, queue dodging will give that same 30 minute lockout as leaving a dungeon if you fail to enter the instance 3 times in somewhat rapid succession, think of it like a "3 strike" policy.
