I have been ordering stuff online since early 2000s, this is the first time I write a review about a delivery company. They are a disgrace. Supposed to deliver a pallet for 3 weeks but didn't. At the end had to cancel the order. WebGreat service by Palletways driver. Great service by Palletways driver Tony from depot 10. The day before I received a call from Palletways to arrange delivery for the next-day. Then the next day I received a call from Tony (which I missed 3 times sorry Tony!) I expect to say he was on his way.
