WebHad my 30yo cement tiled roof restored in 2003 using Nutech Nuflex paint and Maxi Point was used for the pointing. Apart from a little bit of moss on the southern side of the roof which could be cleaned off, 15 years later the roof still looks new. Both of the products have worked surprisingly well.
