Web10 okt. 2007 · cost to machine a flywheel? - posted in Engine: is anyone aware of a ballpark figure for getting our red6 flywheel lightened? what is the theory of how light it should be before tourqe is lost. my motor is pretty mild. i'm going a slightly bigger cam(28/68) and just want it to revv up a bit quicker. is about 8.6kg good for this application? Web6 okt. 2016 · Lightened flywheel has it's pros and cons. Make sure that you assemble the flywheel and ringgear in the position where the pair is balanced.
