Next, back them out 1 full turn and restart the engine making sure the choke is completely off. 6. While at idle, back them out 1/8 turn at a time, alternating between the 2 or 4, until highest vacuum is achieved.

Cruising at below 2000 is on the idle circuit. I know I will get hassels here but I run with a PM-1 wide band oxygen sensor and I find you have to clean up the idle first before you can go to the jets.

Even in stock form the 3310-2 holley "appears" to always running fat in the primary's, I guess it would make more sense if the secondary's was jetted closer to 83 or 84 from the factory instead of the #75 they have. unless there is more fuel being pulled from somewhere else in the secondary.
