Many loot bags drop what’s called “leveled loot.” This means that the loot you get from the bags is the same level as the character which opens them. NOT, the same level as the character which earned them. WebGw2 is more about the story then the endgame gameplay like other MMOs. Boosting isn't really worth it imo, and skipping the last two expansions to go into the new one will just make the story not make sense and most of the goodies come from the last two expansions , gliding in hot and mounts in pof. Festival tokens have tons of uses and even after all that they can still be used for currency conversions (for an awful amount) but what about favors?
