WebHi, I got a really good connection 800mbits(download) and 300mbits(upload). On fortnite, by example i've chosen 35mbits of bitrate 60 fps low connection settings and no vsync, and i'm always stuck at 30fps. But, if i dont take the low connection settings i've 60fps but with input lags pixelisation, etc. WebFPS caps are usually due to an game, driver, or power setting.
