WebIt resembles the flag of the Shetland Islands (white nordic cross on a blue background), but the blue looks a bit too dark and the cross too broad. It actually looks more like the old Swedish flag used during the early Vasa era, but it makes no sense that it would be displayed among modern national flags actually in use.
