We've tried all the basic stuff, reinstalling, restarting the computer, making sure the game is allowed in the firewall, running the game as administrator and also compatibility mode but no luck. WebAug 18, 2013 · Go back into steam and re install the game 4. Once installed load up SINGLE PLAYER and it will ask you to make a profile 5. Choose your name and from there it should most likely work. This has solved it 3 times to people that have had this issue. It works pretty well if you follow exactly. #2.
